We offer this concierge service to all insurance companies and insured’s. Advanced Contents handles onsite inventory collection in the Southern California area.

 

 

 

THE PROCESS

 

 

  • On every claim, Advanced Contents Solutions is asked to go onsite we will contact your insured within 24 hours to set up an appointment time.

  • We will arrive on time and collect all details need for items damaged.

  • We will then quote out all items inventoried and apply applicable depreciation to all items. 

  • If the insured chooses to have items replaced for some or all of their items, your invoice will reflect the wholesale replacement cost for selected items.

  • Advanced Contents Solutions will provide the adjuster a report detailing which items insured has elected to have replaced which A.C.S. will be paid directly for. The remaining items are detailed on a Non-Replacing List to be paid directly to insured which always include depreciation, and deductible(if applicable) this list is also free of charge.

  • Advanced Contents Solutions upon adjuster’s approval delivers replacement product directly to your insured.

  • If needed Advanced Contents Solutions can provide removal of non-salvageable items.
